As a Director at Legacy Partners. Sourced MF and Mixed use development and acquisition opportunities in Phoenix, Las Vegas and the Bay Area. Including Multiple MF sites located in Shopping Centers/Malls throughout the Western US. In addition advised all Legacy regions on Retail and Mixed Use Components of MF Developments.
• Arranged Acquisition and Joint Venture of a 400 Unit Apartment Complex in Roseville, CA. • Arranged Joint Venture on existing 134 unit apartment complex and 180 Unit Development site in Pleasant Hill, CA. • Acquisition of 209 unit Hadley Apartment Complex, Mercer Island, WA

Santana Row Shopping Center, San Jose, CA. Approximately 650,000 sf. Site Acquisition representing Federal Realty.
Cost Plus Headquarters, Oakland, CA. Acquisition and Conversion of a 50,000 Safeway Industrial Facility to HQ Office Facility. Represented Cost Plus.
EmeryTech Center, Emeryville, CA. Representing Andronico’s Market Headquarters, transacted acquisition and conversion of a 190,000 sf fabrication plant into a mixed-use HQ office for Andronico’s Markets. Uses include retail, office, industrial kitchen and distribution facility.

Entitled and developed as principal Sonoma Gateway Shopping Center, Rohnert Park, CA. Approximately 30,000 sf. Acquired, entitled and sold.
